At Pancho And Lefty, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-quality garments; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. All returned goods must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Item
Send the package using a trackable shipping service to our warehouse address; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods and confirms they meet our quality standards, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
